How do I change my email or name?
Settings → Account. Changing your email sends a confirmation link to the new address; nothing changes until you follow it.
How do I change my passphrase?
Settings → Security → change. Your notebook is re-wrapped under the new passphrase, and the old one stops working. Your writing never leaves your device to do this.
How do I get my writing out?
Settings → Your Data → Export everything. You get the whole notebook — the page, your tasks, the cabinet, and every shelved book — as a plain-markdown .zip, assembled on your device. It works on any tier, with no lock-in.
What does it cost?
Free while 48pages is in beta. After that there'll be a paid tier for encrypted sync across your devices — web today, Mac, iPad & iOS as they land — the exact price is still being worked out (I want to see real usage before setting it). The full notebook stays free on a single device, and you'll get plenty of notice before anything changes.
